Offline Reset: Yoga & Collage

We’re bringing something new to Scrap Society! 🌀 A slow morning of guided yoga, creative collage and connection, hosted at Garage Rotterdam — an art gallery and exhibition space. Your ticket also includes access to Garage’s latest exhibition, so you can take your time exploring the art after the session. 🎨 How many hours a week do you spend watching other people live their lives? Their routines, homes, bodies, dream lives… What if you brought some of that energy back to yourself? 💛 That’s where sankalpa comes in. A sankalpa is an intention you set for yourself — a simple promise about what you want to cultivate more of in your life. You set it when your body is calm and your mind is still, then carry it with you into everyday life. And that’s the idea behind The Offline Reset: putting your phone down, coming back into your body, making something with your hands, and really connecting with the people around you. We’ll begin with a beginner-friendly Traditional Hatha yoga class with Veronika. Expect breathing techniques, longer holds in each posture and a guided meditation to finish. 🌀 Then, Anushka will guide you through a creative collage session. Magazines, scissors, glue and no right way to do it. A chance to make something with your hands, reflect on what you want more of, and set some intentions for the weeks ahead. ✂️ And because we’re at Garage, you’ll also have the chance to explore the exhibition as part of your ticket — a little art, a little movement, a little making, and a lot less scrolling. Come as you are. Leave feeling a little lighter, more grounded and maybe with a new intention (and a few new people in your life). 🩷 We can’t wait to spend a slow morning with you.
